The ‘eye’ris: This is a rendering of the surface of the human eye with special focus on the iris. To me, the color of the iris adds beauty to the eye, so I used a range of colors to artificially accentuate that beauty.

Bio: I am an MD graduate from Lebanon currently doing a year of research in ocular oncology at Wills Eye Hospital. I have always been fascinated by the beauty and complexity of the human eye. Seeing patients lose the gift of vision because of cancer made me appreciate it even more and express my appreciation through visual art.
